How to use
The Phallosan is by far the easiest to use among all penis extenders, which is why it is often recommended for men who are new to penis extenders or penis enlargement.
The manual(with figures) does an excellent job of explaining, and the customer support is also very good in that they are open to exchange notes and pictures. But I will give you a small primer of how to use it.
The Phallosan package has a glass bell, condom sleeve, pump and a protector cap.
Use the rubber protector to cover your penis head and take the glass bell condom and roll the roll the condom sleeve over the penis. The penis head should be halfway inside the glass bell.
After that press the pump few times and turn the green valve until it shows the Lock Symbol. The generated vacuum will hold everything in place.

Phallosan Forte First Time Beginners Routine
Every penis is different. An untrained penis needs to be handled with care.
Day 1:
Set the tension to the “lower green range” and wear the device for 30 minutes. If you are comfortable, continue for 1 hour. After an hour, disengage the suction bell by turning the protruding green marker on the bell such that the vacuum escapes.
Now its time to observe the penis. Roll back the sleeve, remove the suction bell and see if there is any overt irritation on the frenulum and the urethra (on the underside of the penis). If you notice redness/swelling stop using the device until the symptoms subside.
If you notice irritation on the penis, reduce usage (even if it is only 15 minutes of use daily) and eventually you should be able to wear for longer duration.
If you feel you are able to comfortably wear the penis for 1 hour on the 1st day, you are ready to gradually increase the wear time from Day 2.
Day 2:
Wear the device for 2 hours, Ensure that there is no discoloration.
Day 3-8:
Extend the duration of wear by an hour per day. By the end of the 8th day, you should ideally be able to use the device for 8 hours.
Use the Phallosan atleast 8 hours a day for 6 days a week.
