Scrotal Webbing Removal: Anyone has Before After pics?

I was informed that I had “scrotal webbing” and it needed removal when I went for a discussion about penile implantation. I’m a bit worried about the whole thing and want to know what it entails. Will this make my penis look bigger? Can the removal help in getting a bigger implant?

Anyone has before after pictures?

Hey bud,

Removal of scrotal webbing is a simple procedure and easily done during penile implantation. If you feel that you have webbing and skin laxity on the front of your penis, you can ask the doctor to remove the extra skin which is present between the scrotum and the shaft.

The implant size will remain the same, but the apparent visual length will increase.

Relax mate.

There is nothing to worry about. Your doctor will remove the webbing by rearranging tissues present at the penoscrotal junction. All you will be left with is a Z-like scar. If you are worried about problems with erections, then there is nothing to worry about. Your penis will be erect (with medication) when the doctor is rearranging the tissue.

Like Deen Deen said, this surgery will not result in increasing the length of your penis. It will only make it look longer visually.

Good luck with the surgery!!

I have undergone removal of scrotal webbing, and I have seen my ball sock coming up by 1.2”. Before the implant, the stretched flaccid was 4.3” and the webbing made my penis look smaller. I checked with the doctor who said this could be addressed during the surgery as he was going for a penoscrotal incision.

My GF has said that it looks bigger. The removal of the webbing itself will not have any bearing on the length, but will help you achieve more with PE. Scrotal webbing removal involves the removal of the skin, that's present outside, and there are no changes done internally.

My doctor removed the scrotal webbing without my consent, and I ended up with an uneven scrotum and an ugly scar, which makes my dick look very ugly. I felt the doctor mutilated me, and he is not even acknowledging that he made a mistake.

M mac1974, if you do not have any issues with the webbing, then I’d suggest not removing it. A little bit of extra skin will not cause any permanent damage to your body, but removal can leave an ugly scar on your psyche.

I will agree with K krue. I was planning to get it removed, but my doctor convinced me not to go for it. According to him, there is no need to remove it as it was not going to interfere with my erections and nor was it going to impact my sexual experience.

Very grateful to my doctor.

Feeling sorry for the terrible experience that you had. I think your doctor did not talk with you about removal and did it as an afterthought.

IMO, these types of surgeries should be done by honest and capable surgeons. Their expertise will help in making our scrotum look smoother, and all the scars will be negligible. My scar after implantation is barely visible. Unless I tell my partner, she won’t even know.

I am a firm believer that if it is not bothering you, it’s better to leave it alone. We should not try to fix things that are not broken.

I had an implantation surgery, and my doctor was trying to convince me that it should be removed, but I felt it was unnecessary and did not budge from my position. The doctor finally did the implant surgery, but I could easily make out that he was not happy as he ended up not making some quick buck with the webbing surgery.

OP, Congratulations, after more than 6 months - here's something you asked for. Penoscrotal webbing before and after removal picture. Good for penis pumpers and in some people with excess webbing like mine, removal gives the perception of a bigger dick for sure ;)

Thank you for the pics. Yes my procedure is over. Everything functions :p My webbing removal is not as extreme and tight as yours though, I am happy overall ;)

I got it done in June this year. Cost me $5200. It's difficult to say when I was "fully" healed, but I'd estimate it look a little over 2 months. I got this done because I felt my webbing was interfering with my PE exercises and bathmate routines. Infact I am convinced the tug of the webbing hampers penis enlargement. Anyways they are gone now. 8", here I come 😎
