Phalloguage is awful, does not hold a candle to the Phallosan Forte. I tried the Phalloguage last year. It is downright cheap stuff and the strap came off by the 2nd week. Also it caused discoloration when worn for more than a couple of hours, something is off with the device. So I also tried putting it on a little loose and the darn thing slips off. Very little tension, a feeling of constriction.
In contrast, Phallosan Forte has been so good, its not a comparison. I say get the Phallosan Forte!

Phallosan Forte is quality, Phalloguage is something else. They are different devices imo. I have used both Phallogauge and the Phallosan. Vacuum expansion concept of the Phallosan Forte is indeed superior, does more, is more consistent and less strenuous.
Comparing a low grade strap tensioned extender like the Phallogauge with the Phallosan is a crime. You can probably make both work - but they are not in the same class.

I have tried Phallosan, now looking at Phalloguage. The Phallosan condom(medium-sized) is a little too big for me and causes my dick to slip out and the small condom is a little too tight. Looks like my penis is not a good fit for the Great Phallosan

Phallogauge is cheaper but feels a little cheap in quality too compared to the Phallosan. The Phallosan belt is of much better quality compared to the Phallogauge. The pull is more uniform and a tad bit more on the Phallosan, on account of the superior vacuum technology. Overall both Phallosan and Phallogauge could work. Phallosan offers 20-30% more for almost triple the price.

Hmm, that's unusual, but penises are of different sizes. You could try ABS silicone sleeves. I know people who use the Phallosan Forte with these sleeves. Phallogauge is more discreet, although Phallosan is also reasonably discreet compared to other extenders. Both are comfortable, but Phallosan feels better imo.

I have used Phallogauge for about 2 months and the Phallosan for close to 4 months. Phallogauge is alright, but when it comes to comfort, Phallosan is miles ahead of the Phallogauge, if I wear Phallogauge for a few hours, it hurts when I remove it, but no such issue with the Phallosan- plus, it is more efficient in my opinion.
Phallogauge ius probably more discreet than Phallosan - but the Phallosan is pretty discreet too under the clothes. I wear Phallosan more than 15 hours a day (including at work, loose clothes) and no one has suspected anything.

Phallogauge causes discoloration only if the wrap is too tight, otherwise it's fine.
