They have over a 90 plus success rate but yet the negative comments out way the positive because others like me aren't taking the time to comment on phallo boards. Most guys that can pull 16 g out of thier pockets and throw on a penuma aren't going to be on these boards. I was simply curious what other's had to say that did the same proceedure as me. I read that comment you mentioned and I just scratched my head and tried to understand what he was even talking about.</p><p></p><p>I'm in the 4th generation of penuma so I'm not aware of all the issues they had in the beginning. I'm totally satisfied with mine so I can't relate to the issues of the negative results because I didn't have one! The pictures they have on their site are accurate. If you look closely at the before and after pay attention also to the glsnd size how it looks smaller in comparison to the penis on the before and after. That's a good gauge to see how big these things are post surgery. If I were you I'd just tell Tom your concerns and ask him if he can answer your questions. If your not satisfied don't do it.
